Do you have an inner critic that just won't quit? Do you ever feel like you're constantly trying to keep up, get it right, or become the person you think you're supposed to be?

What if the answer isn't trying harder but letting go?

In this interactive Spark Salon, TEDx speaker and Harvard MBA Amy Sandler introduces a surprisingly powerful practice built around three words we don't usually associate with personal growth: I GIVE UP.

Through storytelling, humor, and personal reflection, Amy invites us to explore the expectations we've absorbed, the beliefs we've come to accept as truth, and the ways these stories shape our Perception Box.

Drawing on decades of work with leaders, organizations, and her own overthinking mind, Amy offers a different way to think about surrender: not as defeat but as an opportunity to create space for curiosity, self-compassion, and new possibilities.

You may not find enlightenment in three words. But you might discover something worth letting go of.
