In this engaging session, Kim will introduce key principles from her Six Rules, guiding participants to reframe their relationship with food through science-backed strategies, self-awareness, and sustainable habits. Kim’s empowering and practical approach moves beyond restrictive diets, helping participants reconnect with their bodies, manage emotions in healthier ways, and build lasting behaviors that support physical and emotional well-being.

Kim Shapira, MS, RD, is a Los Angeles-based dietitian and functional nutrition therapist, as well as the founder of the Kim Shapira Method. With nearly 30 years of experience, Kim helps people improve their health by teaching them how to build a more trusting, peaceful relationship with food.

She is the author of This Is What You’re Really Hungry For, which outlines her Six Simple Rules for lasting wellness, and the creator of the KSM Wellness Journal and Never Diet Again masterclass. Kim has worked in hospitals, universities, sports clinics, and addiction centers, and she coaches individuals in both private and medical weight loss settings.

Her mission is simple but powerful: to help people listen to their bodies and live well without shame. She regularly appears in national media and loves spending time with her husband, three kids, and three dogs.
