Liz Huszarik 

Liz Huszarik is a Global Insights leader with 25+ years’ experience leading Research, Strategy, Data Analytics, and Social Intelligence.  

Liz served as Chief Research, Insights & Data Officer for Warner Bros. Discovery following 25 years overseeing and advancing the company’s Global Insights, Data Science & Analytics practice—a cross-disciplined group of 120+ researchers, analysts, and data scientists. She leveraged consumer and data knowledge and business acumen to create new enterprises and revitalize established brands, supporting more than $7B in annual asset value.

Liz’s passion lies in supporting businesses at the intersection of emerging technology, the engagement economy, and consumer trends. She strove to be a transformative leader ensuring her team was continuously learning and striving to understand what’s around the corner, while driving global business revenue and data innovation for Warner Bros.

Alexia Raven 

Alexia Raven is a seasoned Qualitative Research professional and moderator with a talent and passion for understanding the whys and emotion behind people’s attitudes, beliefs, opinions, and behaviors in order to inform, inspire, and help businesses innovate. Alexia leads focus groups, IDIs, UX testing, and ideation sessions with all age levels of consumer segments, gauging their reactions to new and existing content, products, platforms, apps, and experiences.

Prior to Maverix, Alexia was VP of the Warner Bros. Discovery Global Research & Insights/FanLab group, which provided qualitative services to business units across the organization to support the development of content, product, services, experiences, talent, marketing, and distribution strategies across all brands and franchises. In her role, Alexia identified key insights for brands such as HBO Max, DC Entertainment, Harry Potter, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, TNT/TBS, and various other Warner Bros. Discovery IP. She also spearheaded generational research for over a decade that identified potential business implications and opportunities.

Alexia combines her curiosity for deeply understanding people, exploring culture, and evolving business by providing insights into the “hearts, minds, and motives” of people/fans/viewers/consumers through both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
